Temporary Account Assistant Vacancy (3month) – Jalan Sultan Ismail
Salary RM 1500

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primarily responsible for input of supplier invoices, expense reports and other journal entries within the agreed period into the correct cost centre. Matching the payment once payment is clear from bank account.
- Prepare payment for approved documents such as invoice, expense report, pety cash, inter-company settlement
- Ensure bank account has sufficient funds and obtains funding or sweeping of funds at required time frame.
- E-mail remittance advice once the payment has been authorized.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for bank accounts.
- Creation and update of AR account
- Generate monthly depreciation charges, AP month end reports, GL month end reports
- Reconciliation on Balance sheet item, FA, Revaluation, Intercompany & etc.
- Processing of month end closing of books on timely and accurate manner
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties and projects assigned from time to time
- Ensure compliance to all statutory related matter – taxation, audit, and secretarial matters.
- Adhere to financial policies, procedures and related internal control policies.
- Adhere to systems, procedures and practices for the smooth running of the division and the Company as a whole

REQUIREMENTS:
- Recognized degree in Accounting/Professional accounting qualifications/Pursuing a professional degree in ACCA, CIMA, & CPA
- Minimum 1 years working experience in similar capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to work independently
- Result-oriented, self-motivated and a team player who will be working in a challenging environment
- Able to start working in January 2012.
