Position (i)
The successful candidate must be a strategic thinker with good leadership skills and excellent communication skills. The candidate must be able to:
- formulate and spearhead a corporate communication plan and strategy that build and raise the brand profile and strengthen the market position of the College,
- lead the marketing team to develop innovative approaches in their marketing strategics to drive publicity and promotion of the College and its programmes,
- provide leadership in the management, coordination and rapport building in public affairs and alumni relations and giving strong support to integrate College development through such initiatives.
- Candidate should possess a recognised Master degree or professional qualifications in the relevant field
- Candidate must be matured and possess excellent communication, management, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must have at least 8 years of related operational experience in branding, corporate communications and marketing with at least 5 years in managerial position working with well -established service driven organizations

Position (ii)
The successful candidate will he responsible for the overall management of library operations, planning and development of library services, managing information services and orate resources for Main and Branch Campuses.
- Candidate should possess a recognized Master degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent qualification
- Candidate must be matured and possess excellent communication, management, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in library management

Position (iii)
The successful candidate will be responsible to provide leadership and strategic direction for development, implementation and evaluation of all human resource and industrial relations policies and the overall management and administration of human resource and industrial relations issues in the College.
- Candidate should possess at least a Master’s degree with good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and industrial relation practices including experience in negotiation for Collective Agreement, handling of domestic inquiries and excellent planning organizational, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must have it minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in institutions of higher learning

Position (iv)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall development and control of the college network structure and security systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing. managing, implementing, configuration and coordinating and the enhancement of existing technical procedures to support all college computer physical facilities, administrative and teaming management systems, website and Branch Campuses.
- Candidate should possess it recognised Master degree or professional qualifications in the relevant field
- Candidate must be matured and possess excellent communication, management, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years working experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position in the related field

Position (v)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of all buildings and other physical facilities as well as coordinator of physical development in the Main and Branch Campuses.
- Candidate should possess a recognised Master degree in Building. Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or professional qualifications in the relevant field
- Candidate must be matured and possess excellent communication, management, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years working experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position in the related field

Position (vi)
The successful candidate will be responsible to produce the annual planning for the marketing and promotion activities of the College showing initiatives in developing new markets, retaining current markets and implementing new tactics in regard to selling and promoting the College. `The candidate must be able to conduct research, evaluation and identification of new target markets and developing campaign strategics, manage and implement marketing events such as educational fairs, road shows, school visits. engagement with schools and to execute and coordinate all marketing related projects.
- Candidate should possess a recognized Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business/ Management/ Ma. Communication or related discipline
- Candidate with Master degree is preferred
- Candidate should possess good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, highly analytical, creative and able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Position (vii)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization and provision of Extension Education programmes, Centre of Professional Development programmes, part-time academic courses and corporate training in various disciplines/fields to cater to the various segments of society. The candidate will continuously identify training opportunities to meet the human development needs of organizations, and industry.
- Candidate should possess a recognised Master degree / professional qualifications in the relevant field
- Candidate must be matured and possess excellent communication, management, leadership and interpersonal skills

Position (viii)
The successful candidate will be responsible to maintain the continuity of operations and safeguard activities, review all security measures, procedures and methods from time to time for protective and preventive purposes for efficiency and tight security control based on the College Security Policies. The candidate must be able to liaise with local enforcement and / or other external security provided on all security monitoring issues.
- Candidate should possess a recognized Bachelor degree with 6-8 years relevant experience in security management, preferably ex-Military or ex-Police Armed Forces of officer level
- Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills with a sense of urgency, task oriented, willing to travel and able to work after office hours / weekend if needed

Position (ix)
Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent qualifications.

Position (x)
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and maintaining of servers and its applications, systems, network infrastructure and security; review and maintain IT documentation on the server, applications and systems.
- Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Able to administer different server platforms on MS Windows, Redhat Linux and Solaris
- Able to administer different server applications, such as MS ISA, Oracle DB, MS DHCP, MS Active Directory
- Candidate must be resourceful, self-motivated, possess strong analytical and problem solving skill; and keep up with technology changes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to travel and ready to work long hours when required

Position (xi)
The successful candidate will be responsible with system development of modules, design, develop and test specifications.
- Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Candidate must he familiar with Informix ó 4GL, Genero, Informix, Unix. PHP, ASP.NET, MS SQL and MySQL
- Candidate must be resourceful, self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skill, have ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position (xii)
The successful candidate will be responsible in the administration and management of the e-learning system; develop web services and applications for e-learning.
- Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor degree
- Candidate must have experience in Oracle database and Solaris platform
- Candidate must have experience in web development of services and applications
- Candidate which possess good communication skills is preferred

Position (xiii)
The successful candidate will be responsible in the operation and administration of the laboratories at CIT Centre.
- Candidate should possess a recognised degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Candidate must be resourceful, self-motivated with strong analytical and problems solving skill, able to work independently as a part of a team and possess good communication skills

Position (xiv)
The successful candidate will be responsible in performing video shooting, producing video content in support of product marketing, corporate branding and training.
- Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor degree
- Familiar with the use of editing equipment and multimedia authoring tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere Pro and Edius
- Creative in designing and implementing of multimedia applications
- Candidate must have experience with video production
Candidate must be resourceful, self-motivated and keep up with technology changes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to travel

Position (xv)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the designing on promotional display and marketing materials from initial conceptualization to final output for Prospectus / Brochures / Buntings / Banners / Backdrop design for various College events, designing advertisements in the media and layout of the Berita Kampus.
- Candidate should possess a recognized Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related fields
- Candidate must have experience in layout and illustration, graphic designs in sales and marketing
- Candidate must possess good communication, design and scheduling skills and competent in basic design software

Position (xvi)
The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative functions in the administration office including managing team members.
- Candidate should possess a recognized Bachelor degree or professional qualifications in the relevant field.
- Candidate with a Master’s degree and relevant working experience preferred

Positions (xvii)
The successful candidate will be responsible for corporate communications materials and other media related activities.
- Candidate should possess a recognised degree in Mass Communication or professional qualifications in the relevant field
- Candidate must possess excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to read and write well in Mandarin would be an added advantage

Position (xviii)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of all marketing materials and the publication of in-house newsletter.
- Candidate should possess a recognized degree in Marketing/ Mass communication or professional qualifications in the relevant field
- Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, flair in writing of speeches, press releases and copywriting

Position (xix)
Candidate should possess a recognized degree in bachelor of Science in Microelectronics/Physics/Computer Science

Position (xx)
Candidate should possess a recognized Bachelor degree in Counseling or professional qualifications in the relevant field. Candidate with a Master’s degree and working experience in career guidance/ career development/ counseling/ student job placement activities are preferred.

Position (xxi)
Candidate should possess a recognized Bachelor degree in Sports Science or professional qualifications in the relevant field.

Position (xxii)
Candidate should possess a recognized Bachelor degree in Civil & Structural/ Electrical Engineering/ Architecture with minimum 3 years working experience.

Position (xxiii)
Candidate should possess a recognized Advanced Diploma/ Diploma qualification.
