Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities :
- Implement a practical warehouse manufacturing policy/system suited to the company’s needs
- Seek opportunities for improving extemal and internal process continuously according to the company’s objectives
- Recommend Standard Operating procedures and supervise the policies in warehousing control
- Ensure accuracy of all outgoing and incoming materials – self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, loading and transferring, document recording and data entry to the system
- Further enhance the receiving and delivering procedures and documentation
- Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse activities
- Monitor stock level and maintain integrity of all raw materials and inventory control
- Plan consistently to conduct stock count and yearly stock take
- Ensure the stock is secure
Requirements :
- Recognized Degree in a related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record
- Preferably a manager specializing in inventory/material/warehouse management or equivalent
- Excellent command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess good leadership, thinking, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and persuasive skills
- Able to identify continuous improvement opportunities successfully within the supply chain

Assistant Accountant
Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall accounting and financial activities are in accordance to IAS and MASS standards
- Handle all matters related to financial and management accounting Requirements :
- Degree in Accounting/partial professional qualification or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Agile, able to meet deadlines and targets

Internal Audit Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Plan audit schedule on a monthly basis
- Conduct audit visits at the outlets
- Compile the monthly data for the KPI report
- Lead and provide coaching for the audit team
Requirements
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
- Possess own transport
- Able to commence work immediately

Administrative Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide coaching for the administrative team
- Plan and execute day-to-day general office administration including handle incoming and outgoing documents and parcels. attend to all enquiries from walk in guests and coordinate internal meeting arrangement
- Develop and manage the information database for the property department
- Assist in updating the company database
- Draft memo and reply all correspondences
- Take charge of the insurance policy
- Source, identify, propose and secure potential retail property of lots/ commercial complex at the strategic location for the management review including site visitation
- Negotiate rental rates and tenancy terms with potential tenants, developers and/or landlords
- Handle the S&P process for property and retail lots including tenancy terms and conditions negotiation
- Responsible for the overall property leasing and managing of the assigned properties under the Group including maintenance works
- Participate in the cost analysis and budget forecasting report for the company’s property and provide details with cost information to the management
Requirements
- At least a Diploma or Degree in any related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
- Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commence work immediately

Public Relations Executive
Responsibilities :
- Report to the Senior Brand Manager and handle public relations activities, sponsorships, awards and events
- Manage media relations, all media communications and press kits
- Provide local/international corporate communications support for the brand
- Assist in managing the customer service process flow
Requirements :
- Degree/Higher Diploma in Mass Communications/Journalism or related qualifications
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in a related field
- Experience in handling press kits. events and media relations
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transport.
