ENERGY, OIL & GAS DIVISION

Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for profit and loss for the business unit and establish performance goals and policies for the management
- Direct overall operational activities and ensure optimal allocation of resources
- Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget to support strategic business goals
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience in the manufacturing industry with at least 5 years at a management level, preferably in the engineering field with good working knowledge of business development activities
- Proven management skills with strong leadership capability in coaching and developing people

Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities:
- Implement effective HR policies, procedures and practices Mat are in compliance with the Group
- Manage day-to-day general office administration including office maintenance, renovation, non-trade purchases and printing of stationeries
- Advise the management on disciplinary issues, transfers, terminations as well as other employee relations’ matters in compliance with local labour laws
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Social Sciences or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in human resources with at least 3 years at a management level
- High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills

Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control operational KPIs a. oversee the daily activities of the manufacturing operation, ensuring operational cost targets are achieved
- Provide leadership to Customer Service, Materials, Planning, Production, Engineering and Quality Departments
- Contribute to short and medium-term planning
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 8 years experience in a related industry, preferably in the engineering line with at least 5 years at a management level
- Proven management skills with strong capability in coaching and developing people potential

Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Engineering Department, ensuring effective and efficient deployment of resources to achieve financial and operational targets
- Lead, develop and maintain configuration control procedures to ensure proper control to meet customers’ requirements as well as issue instructions to all departments on any technical changes
- Provide guidance and leadership to the Engineering Department, ensuring alignment to the business unit’s goals
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering rids equivalent
- Minimum 6 years engineering experience in the manufacturing industry with 2-3 years management exposure
- Strong leadership abilities to lead and mould a disciplined and efficient culture for the department

Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the Production and Maintenance Departments to achieve the Company’s objectives such as productivity, on time delivery, yield and costing
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted production with product rejection rates and wastages kept to the minimum
- Continuously coach and develop the Production and Maintenance Department personnel, upgrading their skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering in a related field or its equivalent
- Minimum 8 years production experience in the manufacturing line with at least 3 years at a management level
- High integrity with good analytical, problem solving and communication skills

Materials Manager (Sourcing)
Responsibilities:
- Source, purchase, control and store materials
- Plan and monitor project material requirements and procurement schedules
- Oversee logistics control activities and liaise with external parties on the movement of materials and finished goods
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum 8 years experience in material and store management in a manufacturing line with at least 3 years at a management level
- High integrity with good analytical, problem solving and communication skills

Assistant Production Control Manager
Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain production schedules on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis based on process requirements, sourcing/logistics lead time, available capacity, manpower and machine configuration
- Monitor the schedule against progress continuously, follow up with respective departments, ensure on time delivery and where necessary, suggest an alternative delivery timeline
- Liaise with related departments such as Engineering, Materials, Production and Quality on a regular basis to ensure the continuation of product flow
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience with extensive production control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Detail oriented with high integrity and good analytical skills

Responsibilities:

- Ensure diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively and trouble shooting problems
- Prepare minutes of meetings and drafting of letters as well as maintain specific files in a systematic way
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or its equivalent
- Experience in an administration/executive assistant/PA role in a highly pressurized environment requiring tact, judgement and discretion in handling internal and external contacts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the CEO’s office

Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Formulate business and marketing strategies to increase sales
- Oversee sales organization planning and development as well as marketing, advertising and promotion planning
- Lead and manage projects or business ventures
- Maintain good rapport and relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years experience and exposure in technical and business development with at least 3 years at a management level
- Pleasant personality and people-oriented with good presentation skills.
