SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
(Parking Division Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in general administrative, documentation and filling in related with web payment system
- Attend to incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide information technology support activities, such as desktop applications support for Window 2008 Server/XP/7, network administration, office network security and protection
- Provide day-to-day support for the WAN/LAN environment, CCTV, problem analysis and resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an IT related job areas
- With computer knowledge
- Possess own vehicle & valid driving licence
- Willing to travel
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Can start immediately is an added advantage

INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER – 2 VACANCY
(Parking Division)
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- Candidates without qualification but substantial practical exposure are welcome. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- For Graduate Entry, at least 6 months internship training in an approved auditing/tax firms.
- Preferably with practical exposure specializing in Audit or equivalent.
- Possess strong analytical, writing, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under demanding conditions.
- To handle a full statutory audit assignments independently.
- Preparation of audit reports and presentations on audit findings and recommendations.
- Assisting in progressing appropriate recommendations to be address audit issues, ensuring proper. Documentation of work papers, preparation of report and conducting appropriate follow-up actions.
- Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Pleasant personality & able to work as a team.
- Posses initiative & able to work independently.
- Own transport.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE
(Property Division)
Responsibilities:
Assist the Sale & Marketing Manager in carrying out all marketing and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Aged 25 years and above
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or a related qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property development
- Good knowledge of the rules and guidelines in the property industry
- Dynamic, self motivated and able to work independently
- Computer literate and fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess own transport
- Willing, to travel outstation

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
(Property Division)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting operations, prepare journal and payment vouchers, ensure accurate receipt from customers and payment made to creditors.
- Prepare and assist of daily and monthly reports and reconciliation of various types of information (Eg. Bank reconciliation, Interco reconciliation, Project Receipt Status etc) and ensure timeliness correct reporting of account payables, receivables, general ledger, fixed assets and project accounts.
- Prepare monthly Full Set of Accounts, monthly template & Cash Flow Projection.
- Assist HOD in preparing monthly and quarterly management report.
- Assist HOD in preparing tax computation and estimation for the Company.
- Assist HOD in preparing annual budget and business plan.
- Liaise with tax agent & internal/external auditor to comply with statutory requirement.
- Liaise with other department, inter-companies, creditors, bank or authorities on matters related to scope of work as and when required.
- Any other ad-hoc task upon request from HOD & other related tasks as assigned by the HOD
Requirements:
- Mtn LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy and above
- Minimum 2-5 years working experience in financial / management accounting and experience in audit will be an advantage
- Being meticulous, attention to details, organized and have the sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- PC literate with hands-on knowledge of computerized accounting system
- Knowledge in IFCA system will be an advantage
