SALES EXECUTIVES
Main Responsibilities:
- To manage the full spectrum of the sales & marketing activities.
- To achieve monthly & yearly sales target.
- Provide effective ideas to expand the key accounts, maintain and service our current/existing customer base.
- To conduct market survey. improve market intelligence and manage customer expectations & requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Business or Marketing studies.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Able to work independently, initiative driven and committed.
- Result oriented, self motivated, a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Chinese language would be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport
- Aged between 24 to 35
SITE SUPERVISORS
Main Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Building Engineering or SPM with at least 3 years related working experience in construction environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate, organize and implement site activities
