Sunway-TES was incorporated in 1994 as a subsidiary of Sunway Education Group to run the internationally-renowned professional accounting programmes i.e. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Accounting Technician (CAT), Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Executive – Administration (Timetabling)
The incumbent will be based in Sunway TES and his/her responsibilities include:
- Planning and organising class and exam timetables
- Working closely with Directors, Heads of Programmes and Lecturers on timetabling matters
- Venue allocation and booking of equipment
- Managing and conducting spot checks on classrooms.
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess a degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years working experience in preparing nmetables and conducting exams
- A self starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently
- Willing to work on weekends.
