Senior / Supply Chain Manager / Procurement Engineer
(Vacancy Based in Singapore or Johor Bahru)
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate contract manufacturers and key suppliers’ technology leadership, manufacturing process capabilities and capacities, supply chain and QC procedures
- Provide procurement engineering expertise (ME or EE) to Engineering and Procurement teams and work with suppliers on cost, quality and product performance improvement
- Early involvement in the design of new products; develop, implement, and maintain DFM / DFSC programs with Engineering
- Lead aggressive cost reduction and optimization activities with suppliers and internal cross functional teams
- Participate in bench mark product competitiveness studies
- Develop strategies and plans for long term supply assurance, risk mitigation and cost optimization
Responsibilities:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent; Masters degree preferred
- 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement Engineering or equivalent in technically complex commercial products with a multi-national corporation with design centers internally and manufacturing facilities in Asia
- Possess product/commodity knowledge and familiarity/understanding of MPS, SPC, CP/CPK, DFT, DOE, QFD, ESI, ESS, STS, MRB, JIT and forecasting techniques
- Proven track record of effective relationships with internal and external executives/customers
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and team building skills; a self-starter with global sourcing background
- Adaptive and willing to deal with change/ambiguity and able to resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficient in English; preferred experience working with American Engineering teams

NPI Test Engineer (Job Based in Johor Bahru)
Responsibilities:
- Develop test bench equipment for new Data Capture products in collaboration with the R&D team and our counterpart located in France, and provide an onsite support to sustain existing Data Capture production
- Develop new test software Co adapt existing test software under Labview, and/or under fieldbus like Profibus, diagnose problems in production test equipment and involve the appropriate team members to resolve the problem efficiently and effectively
- Assemble together the sub-assemblies of test benches, and debug and install test benches on production lines
- Communicate mechanical specifications to vendors, validate CAD file of mechanical design submitted by vendors for test equipment
- Create BOM, manufacturing documents of new test benches, user guides and basic troubleshooting guides for each new test bench
- Lead the preventive and curative maintenance of all data capture test benches at the contract manufacturer
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- 5 รณ10 years’ experience in test engineering in contract manufacturers, and should have completed at least two significant projects from inception through production
- Knowledge of Labview, Profibus or equivalent, C++, CAD design S/W, data base
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- A solid team player and individual contributor in a challenging and fast moving technical environment
- Occasional travel required, both domestic and international.
