Job Location: Selangor, Cheras, Balakong
Job Description:
Responsibility:
The Management Executive (Education) will gain high exposure to 4 different aspects of the business, which includes Academic Coaching (main role), Marketing, Project Management, Operations and Administration. Selected candidate will be directly working with Directors and groomed for key management positions with excellent career prospects within a short period of time.

Job Scope:
- Coach Form 1 to Form 5 students
- Craft lesson plans and materials.
- Handle enquiries from parents.
- Selected candidate will be given a myriad of opportunities for personal growth and development. (Self-awareness, leadership, human resource management, marketing)
- Training will be provided to equip selected candidate with the required skills

Requirements:
- Candidate who is familiar with Form 1 to Form 5 Science syllabus, preferably with coaching experience
- Candidate who loves coaching, loves working with teenagers.
- Candidate who is responsible, cheerful, outgoing and proactive.
- Candidates who is willing to work hard.
- Candidate who will put the company above self.
- Candidate who is a keen learner with an open attitude.
- Candidate who is looking for high exposure to different aspects of the profession.
