GAINVEST GROUP OF COMPANIES,
an established construction company invites dynamic and motivated individuals for the following positions:

SITE MANAGER
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineenng/Building.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Capable of managing whole site activities, including handling project planning, cost control, co-ordinate with consultants and sub-contractors.
- Good command of spoken & written English.
- Computer literate.

SITE SUPERVISOR/SITE ENGINEER
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering/Building.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Able to liaise and co-ordinate with sub-contractors.
- Capable of understand of detail drawings, sketches of site levels.
- Possess positives working attitude, hardworking and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Computer literate.

QA/QC ENGINEER
- Degree/Diploma in Architectural Civil/Structural Engineer or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Responsible for all aspects of quality such as monitoring quality of works, inspection of work etc.
- To identify and drive continues improvements activities within the company.
- Provide support to Project Manager in preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plan (IPT) and Method Statement.
- Implement QMS Compliance, internal quality audits and ensure timely closure of corrective activities.
- Follow company’s internal processes and procedures.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

SALES EXECUTIVE
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar position.
- Fluent in English and knowledge of major Chinese dialects.
- Between 25 and 35 years of age.

SENIOR CONTRACT EXECUTIVE/ CONTRACT EXECUTIVE
- Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Q.S./Building or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience with consultants or contractors.
- Good understanding on basic contractual terms and processes_
- Able to handle multiple tasks in pre and post contract administration with minimum supervision.
- Familiar with bills of quantities, tender documents, tender process, analysis, award and finalization of contracts.
- Responsible for taking off quantities, preparation of claims & variation orders, projects cost control and involving in tender.
- Able to work independently.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD is an added advantage.

ASSISTANTS ACCOUNT
- Minimum LCCI or basic accounting qualification.
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience especially construction industries.
- Computer literate and familiar with UBS and Microsoft Office applications.
