Sales Department
Sales Advisors
Responsibilities:
1. To achieve sales target set by Company.
2. To provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
1. Car sales experience not critical but passion for cars an advantage.
2. Strong desire to learn and excel- a self starter.
3. Previous sales experience in service industry is an added advantage.
4. Possess own transport.
Aftersales Department Service
Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Advise and attend to customers' needs for servicing repairing of vehicles.
2. Assist in the achievement of Company's service and customer satisfaction target.
3. Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the automotive industry is required for this position.
3. Good communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin,
Warranty Assistant
Responsibilities,
1. Timely submission of warranty Report.
2. Assist m the achievement of Company's Warranty target. Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professionals Certificate/ Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the automotive industry is required for this position.
Warehouse
Storekeeper
Responsibilities:
1. To assist manager to process parts ordering and replenishing of stock.
2. To perform monthly / quarterly parts stock-take Inventory. Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Automotive or Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 1 year working experience in automotive operation.
3. Fresh graduated are encourage to apply Training will be provided.
Workshop
Technicians
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible in conducting vehicle repair and service job at the Workshop.
2. Ensure quality repair and service jobs meet customer expectation.
Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Automotive or Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 1 year working experience in automotive operation.
3. Fresh graduated are encourage to apply. Training will be provided.
Finance Department
Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in daily finance operations and ensure compliance with Finance policies & procedures.
2. Assist in monthly closing activities and to handle any adhoc assignments.
Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM or LCCI or equivalent qualification,
2. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/ Administrative Support, Finance - General Accounting or equivalent.
3. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office.
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and communicate effectively with all levels of people.
