Seremban Engineering Berhad, established since 1979, is a Mechanical Engineering Company accredited with International Certification of ASME with worldwide recognition specializing in metal fabrication works. The location of our factory is easily accessible via the North-South Expressway and LEKAS. In view of our expansion, we are now urgently seeking for highly motived, dynamic and dedicated candidates to undertake the following positions.

QA / QC MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead and supervise the Quality Management system operations and report to the Management on its performance
- Coordinate internal quality audit at a specified time frame
- Maintain and make continual improvement to Authorised Inspector (AI) for products under ASME requirement for review and approval before commencing any work
- Ensure high quality of finished products which conform to the client’s specification and comply with the statutory requirement.
- Monitor the performance of operations staff to ensure they are competent to produce quality output
- Ensure all monitoring and measuring instruments are consistently in good and calibrated condition.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 6 – 10 years’ working experience in Oil & Gas Fabrication shop / manufacturing
- Have full understanding and knowledge of ISO-Based Quality Management technique and concept
- Must have knowledge in ASME Section VIII Div. 1
- Well versed and experience in handling ASME license joint review meeting
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, BM & Chinese
- Good Interpersonal skills and able to communication at all levels
- Computer Literate.

PROJECT MANAGER/ASST MANAGER
- Lead and manage project team members on managing overall schedule, costing and fulfilment of contract requirement.
- Manage the process of identifying, analysing, mitigating and responding to project, financial, operational, security and legal threats.
- Responsible for field supervision of overall project activities concerning schedule, quality and safety aspects.
- To verify reports submitted by project engineers based on field supervision.
- Responsible for the training and development of own departmental staff through identifying the required training needs.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering in a similar industry
- Possess IMM Coating Supervisor certificate in a similar industry (for position based in Lumut)
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in similar capacity
- PC Literate in Microsoft Office & ERP
- Honest and self-motivated personality and able to work under pressure and interact
well with people of all levels
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, BM & Chinese.

PROJECT ENGINEERS – MECHANICAL
- Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in similar capacity
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, BM & Chinese

SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER / SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Environmental/ Health/ Safety or equivalent.
- Candidate must be registered as SHO with DOSH/ NIOSH and a valid Green Book holder for Safety Officer.
- Candidate must be well versed with Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Possess at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
