Due to expansion, our office located at Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur is seeking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of:

Customer Service & Operation Support Executive
Responsibilities:
- To provide marketing support to the business development function, including coordination and design of marketing programs and tools.
- Participate in all Sales & Marketing related functions.
- Develop & maintain customer relationship.
- Provide sales administrative and logistic support.
- Handle sales enquiries, process customer orders, co-ordinate with Singapore office.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any field with 3 years working experience.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Added advantage with Chinese dialects.
- Experience in office administration and logistic will be an added advantage.

Lab Technician – Medical Industry
Job Scope:
- Produce custom make ear moulds, making ITE shell.
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, service and repairs of Hearing instruments & FM systems
- Maintain and handle operation of lab facility.
Requirements:
- Preferably education background in Electrical & Electronics.
- Preferably experience in hearing aid technical servicing or 2 years similar experience in medical industry in equipment servicing.
- Basic Computing Skills (E-mail, MS Word and Excel)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Added advantage with Chinese dialects.
