Janssen Division
Group Sales Manager (Ref #: 3779111101)
(Based in Jawatan Kosong pj">Petaling Jaya Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy in support of the country’s strategic and business plans
- Lead a team of Product Specialists from both Hospital and GP areas
- Manage, service and evaluate activities of national accounts, negotiates contracts of major national accounts and makes periodic checks before and after sales ensuring continuing contacts are made
- Leverage existing sales force effectiveness information and technology to guide call planning and target achievement for sales team
- Explore new business opportunities and build relationship with key players in the market
- Keep abreast of key developments in the market and its potential impact on sales and performance
- Direct and coordinate activities of assigned staff providing leadership and resources to ensure organization’s sales goals are achieved
Requirements:
- Degree with minimum 10 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/ medical industry with et least 5 years in sales management
- Excellent track record in growth performance preferred
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales force effectiveness concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with a proven ability to nurture and coach the sales teams.

Product Specialist / Sales Executive (Ref #: 9846111019)

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our range of high quality medical and
pharmaceutical products to hospitals and medical professionals
- Initiate sales/marketing activities that are consistent with achieving the company’s sales objectives
- Build strong customer relations through excellent customer service and work closely with healthcare professionals to develop the market
- Organize professional support programs and workshops
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceutical products. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must have a good track record on achievements

- Must be able to travel and possess own transport.

Medical Affairs Executive (Ref #: 6267110825)
(Based in Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific and medical input into therapeutic area strategies and related products
- Lead the development and implementation of various Medical Affairs initiatives including clinical research, medical education, clinical communications, scientific meetings and publications within project timelines and resources
- Provide and discuss scientific data and timely respond to medical
inquiries to ensure quality and accuracy of medical information
- Develop and conduct therapeutic areas and product trainings to field force
- Support the development, review and approve of education and promotional materials
- Foster strong collaboration and long-term partnership with healthcare professionals
- Maintain high ethical standards and ensure compliance in all aspects of medical affairs operations.

Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences with a minimum 2 years of medical/ clinical research / regulatory and preferably marketing experiences in pharmaceutical industry
- Medical degree with passion in oncology or haematology is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and proficient in handling multiple
- Sound business acumen and ability to work effectively in cross-functional team
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and attentive to details.
