We are an established automotive company engaged in assembling Japanese and Germany prestige car brand. As part of our expansion plan (Volkswagen Project), we are looking for aspiring candidates to join our team. We aim to excel and we strongly believe in high integrity, innovation and quality. We are inviting suitably qualified, ambitious, committed and highly motivated candidates to fill the position below:

Finance & Accounting Manager / Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision of the Company’s accounting and reporting functions.
- Preparation of financial and accounting report including statement of Comprehensive Income, statement of Financial Position, management reports, forecast and budget including running scenarios in the organization.
- Responsible for Company’s taxation and all other statutory requirements
- Maintaining and reviewing the entire accounting records and system to ensure compliance with Group Financial Policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirement.
- Budgeting and monitoring actual expenses against budget.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary or bankers and government agencies.
- Develop, implement and monitor systems, procedure and internal control.
- Preparation of papers and reports for Board of Directors meeting.

Requirements:
- Must be registered members of MIA
- Posses at least Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, or relevant professional qualification.
- Well verse in latest accounting standards, company taxation & company secretarial matters.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences
- Those in the manufacturing sector and knowledge in ERP such as BAAN, SAP, and JD Edwards will have an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Result oriented and able to work independently.
- Preferably those experienced in Audit Firm.
- Having good conversation and writing skills in English.
