IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- To develop suitable IT strategy plan consistent with overall business strategy.
- To provide the necessary advise to top management for IT related matters.
- To make necessary IT investment plan.
- To control the IT budget effectively.
- To implement IT plan, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT investment.
- Responsible for establishing and managing the operations and administration of the department.
- To plan, allocate, control and coordinate to meet the needs for the company’s overall computerization.
- To conduct system study with users, manage the design, requirement analysis. development, setup, testing and implementation, the application development, including providing training to users.
- To propose to top management, the appropriate hardware and software to be utilized in the company for accurate and speedy reports for management actions.
- Identifying, evaluating and selection of vendor for hardware and software maintenance services.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
- Preferably with a minimum 2 years working experience in RPG and minimum 3 years working experience in Navision EFP, with at least 2 years of experience at the managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge and experience in system analysis, design, development, project implementation and management.

The Software Engineer will participate as a team member in all the phases of a software development project life cycle, including analysis, design, and implementation. He or she will report to the Technical Manager
Job Description:
Study, design, code, develop, maintain, test, document, and modify software of web based application.
Program both new solutions and new functionality in existing solutions, based on business needs, and using detailed functional designs
Maintain and troubleshoot applications by monitoring, identifying and correcting software defects
Take ownership for the quality of all software targets and codes assigned
Be part and collaborate closely with the technical and functional designers
Study, design, develop, maintain, test, document, modify software system and application
Analyse, customize and implement software application.
Prepare functional or design specifications of application.
Develop Test plan and Test script of application.
Deploy applications.
Provide support, act as a liaison or consultant for existing software application.
Support team members in the continuous effort to enhance and upgrade existing application to support changes in the business environment.
Assist in the project software development life-cycle (SDLC)

Technical Requirements:
Has in depth knowledge of computer languages, operating systems, DBMS
Proficiency in .Net/JAVA, HTML and JSP/ASP

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent with specializing in software.

Required skill(s): ASP.NET, Java, MS SQL Server, HTML, and JSP/ASP.
Has depth knowlegde of computer languages, operating systems,DBMS.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in software development field, with hands-on software development experience.
Preferaby candidates with hands-on of software development life-cycle (SDLC) for mobile and web based software solutions and application.
Posses good knowledge of business system advantageous.
Good oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Candidates with Chinese proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Ability to write technical document.
Highly motivated and enjoys software development.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
8 Full-Time positions available. Successful candidate will be based either in Petaling Jaya (3 vacancies) and Kuching (5 vacancies) office.
