President Hotel Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of a listed company in Singapore. Our principal activities are managing office and retail properties, including owning hotels in Malaysia.

Property and Leasing Executive – Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal occupancy and rental for the commercial building.
- Monitoring the property market condition.
- Preparing tenancy agreeement, monthly reports, budgets and market survey updates.
- Attending to tenants’ request and feedback.
- Supervision of the Property Management Office and outsources vendors.
- Overseeing tenants’ renovation works and handover of the premises.
- To liaise with contractors with regards to any building renovation/ repair work.
- To propose and assist in building improvement program.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Management, Economics, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required.
- Computer literate.
- Full-Time position available.
