Swiss-Garden International Vacation Club Berhad (“SGIVC”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PJ Development Holdings (PJD) Berhad, one of the leading property developers in Malaysia listed on the main board of the Bursa Malaysia. In view of rapid expansion, SGIVC invites outstanding individuals for below available positions.
A. TEAM LEADER – CREDIT/COLLECTION
Responsibility:
- Supervising a team of collectors in carrying out the daily activities to ensure all processes, procedures and KPIs are consistently followed.
- Providing daily monitoring and tracking of team members’ daily output and productivity to ensure in line with the collection target & KPIs set.
- Providing on-the-job training especially to new collectors.
- Attending to tasks/matters under special handling such as attending to difficult members, resolving member’s complaints, negotiation with members on restructuring of repayment terms.
- Providing moral support & motivation, commitment and sense of responsibility in the team members in order to perform better.
- Conducting field work whenever necessary.
- Provide timely update of collection reports and any issues to the Credit Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in credit collection, preferable with supervisory experience.
- Good command of written & verbal of English and Bahasa Malaysia or other major dialects.
- Self-starter with good organization skills, multitasking, independent, result oriented and able to work under pressure
- Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed
B. CREDIT EXECUTIVE/OFFICER
Responsbility:
- Handle uncollected accounts & meeting collection target
- Handle and monitor collection for assigned portfolio
- Debts recovery
- Conduct field work
- Provide timely update of collection reports and any issues to the Credit Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably, at least 1-2 years working experience in Credit position of a timeshare or hospitality or service industry
- Good command of verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia or other major dialects
- Self-starter with good organization skills, multitasking, independent, result oriented and able to work under pressure
- Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed
