Sales Manager (malacca)
- Minimum 5 years experienced in property industry
- A matured individual with high degree of initiative and independent and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to establish excellent rapport with clients, relevant authorities as well as have the ability to motivate and lead a team of Sales & Marketing personnel
- Proficient in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess own transport

Architectural, C&S, M&E & Interior Design Clerks of Works (Malacca)
- Preferably with relevant Degree/Diploma
- Minimum 2-3 years experienced in high rise construction
- Possess good supervisory skills
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Those without qualifications but with adequate relevant experience can also be considered

Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Subang)
- Preferably Chinese with minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2-3 years experienced
- Possess good supervisory skills and computer literate
- Fresh Graduates with Degree in Quantity Surveying can be considered

Sales & Marketing Executive (Subang Jaya & Malacca)
- Minimum 2 years experienced in property industry
- Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate with good telephone etiquette
- Proficient in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess own transport
- Fresh graduates without experience are also encouraged to apply

Sales & Admin Assistant (Subang Jaya & Malacca)
- Minimum 2 years experienced in property sales administration
- Responsible and able to work under minimum supervision
- Computer literate with basic account background would be an added advantage
- Proficient in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia

Account Assistant / Executive (Subang Jaya)
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience in handling full set accounting
- Possess Degree in Accountancy and/or part Professional Accounting Qualification
- Responsible and able to work under minimum supervision
- Possess own transport

Driver (Kuala Lumpur)
- Male of any races
- Age between 25 to 35 years old
- Minimum 2 years experienced with valid driving licence
