We are a fast growing, integrated land development & investment company. Headquartered in Singapore, with operations in Toronto, Canada, and a sales distribution network spanning Asia, we are in search of a talented individual to support our training needs in view of our fast expanding operations.

Manager, Training
Scope of Duties:
- Identifying training needs within the organization through regular consultation with sales leaders and management
- Ensure that policies, programs and processes are implemented, communicated and consistently administered in compliance with organizational objectives
- Working within a team structure to deliver programs that impact, influence and inspire confidence in sales consultants
- Resolving and responding to training issues and questions from leaders and employees concerning the company’s profile, products, promotions and processes
- Seeking and supporting new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training offered.

Job requirements:
- A degree from a recognized University is preferable
- At least 5 years relevant experience in sales and/or training environment
- Adapt at presentations and public speaking
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Literate and conversant in a second language
- Good inter-personal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Highly familiar with power point applications.
