Telemarketer Vacancy 2012 in Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur
Basic salary up to RM2,300, with commission scheme, Normal working hours, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
To make outbound sales calls according to upsell and cross sell MYOB products / services as part of the customer contact cycle

Key focus areas include working closely with internal teams in:
- Meeting individual direct revenue target
- Achieve recurring revenue target
- Accurately capture interactions in the CRM system
- Provide timely and accurate reporting
- Work closely with inbound customer service team to back up during peak

Key attributes required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Proficient in computer software/s and/or programming languages.
- Ability to multi task
- Driven and able to perform under pressure
- Resourceful and highly independent
- Ability to work in a team

Qualification and Experience:
- A high school diploma or a University diploma / degree in the fields of Business, IT /networking or Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum 1 year exposure in telemarketing environment
- Preferred knowledge in using Windows & Microsoft Office
- Must be able to demonstrate first hand experience of all the attributes listed in the above job description
