BookXcess Vacancies 2012 – Marketing, Accounts Executive, Retail Coord

BOOKXCESS, a well-known book retailer is embarking on an expansionary drive. line with this expansion, we are looking for suitable qualified Malaysians with high calibre and integrity to join its team.

1.SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ MANAGER – SALES & MARKETING
The Job
- To develop and implement all Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve business goals and profitability.
- Work closely with Business Development Team in conceptualizing, planning and developing new marketing strategies.
- Explore & introduce new sales channels & market segment from time to time.
- Communication with both internal and external customers.
- Coordinating, evaluating, analyse and reporting the overall effectiveness of sales & marketing activities.
- To maintain professional company presence at all times in public [company presentation, profile, sales kit, website etc].
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
- Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues.
- High moral & ethical behaviour with unquestionable integrity, credibility and character.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships at all levels of organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage and meet tight deadlines.

2 INTERNET MARKETING EXECUTIVE
The Job
To promote and develop business awareness via Internet marketing include:
- Social Network Facebook, Twitter, Linked..
- Forums, Web Directory, Online Ads Google Ads, Groupon etc.
- Revamp and keep Website updated.
- Track and meet KPIs for campaigns, membership signups and acquisitions.
- Plan and execute online marketing activities a events.
- Develop collaterals and expand channels for marketing.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with partners to deliver and implement marketing activities.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM /A Level /Pre-U, any field.
- Very strong English proficiency.
- Required skills on MS Office, Photoshop [optional].
- Familiar with social media platforms & up Iodate with market trends.
- Good writing skills and experience in online marketing.

3 ACCOUNTS ASST. / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
The Job
- Responsible for full set of Accounts.
- Preparation of billing & cheque payment.
- Preparation of monthly reporting to Management.
- Liaise with Auditors.
Requirements
- Min LCCI or Dip in Accounting.
- Min 2 years working in similar field.
- Basic computer knowledge.

4 RETAIL CO-ORDINATOR
Requirements
- Possess pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Min SPM qualification. Fresh graduate are welcome. Experience in retail environment is an added advantage but not essential.
- Passionate about books.
- Computer literate.
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English Language.
- Able to work on rotating shift work and weekend.
