International Architecture Company Job Vacancies in Johor and KL

An international architecture company looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions,

1. Resident Architect (Vacancy based in Johor)
- minimum 7 years experience working on hotel projects or similar.
- possess relevant academic qualification.
- must be a team player, able to lead a team of site staff and work under pressure.
- willing to be posted outside KL.
- independent and confident with leadership capability.
- good written and verbal communication skills an advantage.

2. Clerk-of-Work (Architecture & Interior)
(Job based in Johor)
- minimum 5 years experience working on hotel projects.
- possess relevant academic qualification.
- must be a team player, able to work under pressure and posted outside KL.

3. Senior Architect (based in Kuala Lumpur)
- minimum 7 years experience with good design and construction skills and with good knowledge of project admin/management.

4. Junior and Senior CAD Technician
(based in Kuala Lumpur)
- minimum 2 years experience for Junior.
- minimum 5 years experience for Senior.
- knowledge of Photoshop and 3D Modeling will be an added advantage.

5. Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
(Job based in Kuala Lumpur)
- minimum SPM or equivalent.
- able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- must be computer literate.
